Trying to find a decent house, in a decent neighborhood, in my price range, I've learned is virtually impossible. Of course they're out there...but most have already been rented. Take for example, N's boss has a few houses that he rents. He has one that is 3 bedroom, 1 bath on a very quiet street in a good neighborhood for $200 a month less than what I'm currently paying. But the current tenants of this house have been there for 5 years and just signed another year long lease last week. Just my luck.
I'm easily frustrated, and this house hunting has not been easy. However, coming across ads like the one below do a lot to help me keep things in perspective and have a little laugh.
Your entire ad is written in Spanish, yet you still feel the need to add that you do in fact speak Spanish? How's that for redundant?
